Live in the present moment

 Write what is useful and beneficial to you and avoid writing things that could turn against you. Write about things you haven't felt before and want to feel. Don't just write about things you feel in the moment. Write down your flaws and work to fix them. Write down your strengths and stick to them. Write down positive things that motivate you to improve, to become better than what you are now Don't just write about your pain and trap yourself in it.
